We will not disclose that information except in accordance with our professional obligations, or as authorised by the client.

Our website does not collect personal information about people who access the website, except where personal information is voluntarily supplied. You do not need to disclose your identity to use this website.
Verification of Identity
As legal practitioners we must take reasonable steps to verify the identity (VOI) of our clients to comply with common law obligations and the New South Wales electronic conveyancing Participation Rules.

At our first meeting you will need to provide us with original, up-to-date primary and secondary identity documents which would satisfy the standard “100 point” test.
Retention and destruction of documents

On completion of your matter, we will return any original documents you provide to us. If a file is created for your matter, we need to retain it, and it will be destroyed after seven (7) years.
